Mechanical Properties and Hydration Mechanism of Coal Flotation Tailing Cemented Filling Materials

Large-scale application of filled coal mining technology has long been limited by conditions such as the cost filling. Compared to traditional filling materials, flotation tailing materials (CFTFM) offers advantages low and excellent performance. The Box–Behnken response surface method was used investigate influence properties on mechanical hydration mechanisms material. Ash content, blending, calcination temperature tailings were investigating factors, uniaxial compressive strength (7d 28d), slump, slurry water secretion rate material evaluation indicators. results showed that (28d) CFTFM followed order ash > doping, with interaction having a greater strength. optimized pre-treatment for 59% ash, 30% 765 °C, optimum 7.02 MPa. effect exotherm determined using TAM Air isothermal microcalorimeter, mainly in induction acceleration phases. Combined SEM electron microscopy IR FT-IR analysis products, descriptive model mechanism established. can be described three phases: diffusion, hydration, hardening. prepared this study is applicable integrated charging synergistic technology, which effectively reduce gangue lifting energy consumption washing process waste, filling, achieve harmless, resourceful, large-scale disposal coal-based solid waste.
